Problem & Solution
Willow Creek Chicago is the Chicago campus of Willow Creek Community Church. This urban community represents a vibrant and multi-ethnic congregation, located in the heart of downtown Chicago. With church attendance averaging 1200 each service, staying organized and providing meaningful opportunities for connection and community is crucial. Church leadership needed to communicate ways of getting involved to the congregation not just online, but in a tangible format that could be provided at weekend services and from the church offices.
Our team has worked with this church for several years, providing marketing strategy insight, and creative ways of targeting advertising to the Chicagoland area: cab and train ads, social media ads, email marketing and engaging designs. One of the largest projects we worked on to support the leadership team was a 20-page program brochure designed from scratch, the first-ever program brochure of its kind for this church.
It was met with very strong approval from church leaders, staff, and the congregation – and was used seasonally thereafter.
