Caris is a faith-based nonprofit counseling organization, serving young women facing unplanned pregnancy. This nonprofit is special because it offers grace and non-judgmental support to women in panic, regardless of her faith background or what decision she makes about her pregnancy. The Caris Leadership Team needed clarity on strategy, brand, and messaging for three different groups: clients, churches, and donors.
We spent hours in research and reviewing messaging issues or inconsistencies across all existing communications and channels. Through a strategic branding process, research-based wireframing, and reviewing focus group data, our team developed co-branding, a new website, fundraising campaigns, video, and more. This was one of our biggest initiatives in 2014.
Top accomplishments for this client included bringing three websites all together under one website that addressed all three target groups, and securing a Google Adwords Grant for Caris, totaling $10K/month for 12 months.
